ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations

Abstract Blur
Comprehensive. Compassionate. Clarifying.

If you’ve long wondered “Could this be ADHD?”, my diagnostic evaluation process is designed to give you real answers—not just a checkbox. This is a thorough, neurodivergent-affirming assessment for adults who want clarity and validation, without the cold clinical vibes.

What’s Included:

This is a 3-hour, in-depth evaluation with me, a licensed clinical social worker trained in adult ADHD assessment. We’ll explore your history, challenges, and strengths to develop a full picture of your functioning and symptoms—no one-size-fits-all questionnaires here.

The assessment includes:

  • Comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation – exploring past and present functioning

  • DIVA-5 – a structured diagnostic interview for adult ADHD based on DSM-5 criteria

  • BDEFS – Barkley Deficits in Executive Functioning Scale

  • WFIRS-S – Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale (self-report)

While it may not feel super warm and fuzzy, the WFIRS-S captures daily-life impacts that often get missed—and that can make a big difference in an accurate diagnosis.

  • Additional screening tools depending on your needs and concerns

💡 This is not a neuropsychological evaluation, and it’s not meant to measure IQ or learning disabilities. It’s a focused, functional, and personalized diagnostic process for ADHD in adults.

What You Get:

You have two options after your evaluation:

Option 1: Diagnosis Confirmation Letter – $375

Includes the full 3-hour evaluation and a formal letter confirming your diagnosis and summarizing clinical impressions. This is ideal for people who want validation, clarity, and documentation to:

  • Share with their primary care doctor or psychiatrist

  • Seek medication or treatment referrals

  • Begin therapy or coaching with an ADHD-informed provider

  • Use for basic workplace/school support (when a brief summary is sufficient)

Option 2: Comprehensive Diagnostic Report – $495

Includes everything from Option 1 plus a full written report detailing:

  • Your symptom profile and diagnostic criteria

  • Results from each assessment measure

  • Personalized interpretation and functional impact

  • Recommendations for treatment, accommodations, and next steps

This is the best choice if you want to:

  • Request formal accommodations at work or school (504, ADA, etc.)

  • Have a thorough, professional document for your medical file or insurance

  • Get a deeper understanding of how ADHD shows up in your life

  • Use it as a baseline for therapy, coaching, or future evaluations

  • Feel confident advocating for yourself in settings that require more than “my therapist said so”

Available to adults in Michigan and Nevada

If you’re tired of being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or feeling like you're “just lazy” or “too much,” this process is for you. We’ll slow down, zoom in, and build a clearer picture of how your brain works—and how to support it better.
