If you’ve ever tried to “just get organized” and ended up rage-Googling “how to make your executive dysfunction chill out”- hi, I’m Christina and I get it.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, coach, chaos-calmer, and a fellow neurodivergent human who probably is washing the same load of laundry for the 5th time because well, what was I doing? (Yes, really.).

Let’s be honest, adulting is hard enough. Add in anxiety, life transitions, or ADHD that makes your brain feel like a browser with 72 tabs open… and suddenly your “simple to-do list” turns into “why didn't I get anything done today?”

I work with adults (especially neurodivergent ones) who are navigating the chaos of everyday life: career changes, identity shifts, relationship stress, parenting, burnout, you name it. You don’t need to “get it together.” You just need support that actually makes sense for your brain.

As a clinical therapist by training and education which has evolved into being a consultant to better reach people who need the most support, I have found many different strategies to optimize each person's strengths and work alongside any barriers that present, instead of against them. As an (elder) millennial with 2 young children, a thriving group practice, and living across the country from my parents - I can empathize with anyone navigating the waters of trying to juggle...everything?

 

My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with practical productivity strategies to create a holistic framework that fosters long-term well-being and success. By working with individuals to clarify their values, set meaningful goals, and develop sustainable habits, I enable them to lead more intentional, fulfilling lives while enjoying the process.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and organizations, supporting them in overcoming obstacles, improving time management, and creating a healthier work-life integration. My passion for helping others live with intention and purpose drives me to stay current with the latest research in mental health and productivity, ensuring my clients receive the most effective strategies available.

 

Through personal experience of having anxiety and ADD, I have firsthand experience of how to work effectively and efficiently alongside these symptoms without them hindering me!
