These 1:1 sessions are designed for adults (especially those with ADHD, anxiety, or general life-is-too-much vibes) who want support that’s both validating and actionable.

We’ll work together in 1-hour sessions, where we’ll look at what’s actually getting in your way (spoiler: it’s not just procrastination), explore the underlying stuff, and create a realistic, brain-friendly plan moving forward.

Who Can Work With Me?

  • Consultations & Coaching are available to folks anywhere in the U.S. or beyond

What’s the Difference?

Counseling is for folks who want deeper mental health support—think anxiety, burnout, identity work, ADHD-related emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and trauma-informed care. This is therapy, and it's billed as such.

Consultations are great for when you don’t need ongoing therapy, but you do want a clinician’s eyes on your situation—like exploring whether ADHD is something to look into, figuring out what kind of support you need, or troubleshooting stuck points.

ADHD Coaching is future-focused, strategy-heavy, and perfect for people who need help building routines, systems, and structures that actually make sense for their specific brain. It’s also ideal if you’re not looking for therapy, but want to get sh*t done without losing your mind.

What You’ll Get:

  • Weekly or biweekly 1-hour 1:1 sessions

  • Complimentary access to my Get Shit Done ebook

  • A clear plan we’ll develop together—based on what you actually need

  • Support unpacking what’s overwhelming and identifying possible root causes (executive dysfunction? emotional fatigue? three overlapping life transitions at once?)
