Why cash pay, why not insurance?
Because insurance pays for the nearest billable code, not the most accurate answer. This practice is built around the clinical work, not what a claim will approve.
What if it's both?
Then that's what the report says. Both is common, especially in women who've spent years being high-functioning on the outside. An answer that names both is still an answer. It's just an accurate one.
Do I need to take the Screener first?
No. It helps you arrive with a clearer sense of your own patterns, but it's not required to book.
What happens after I have my report?
That's yours to use however you need, with a prescriber, a therapist, or on your own. If you want ongoing support built around what you just learned, Held It Together is there whenever you're ready.
